Conflict Management Through Drama | Introduction to Leadership and Self-Concept

Many sources of conflict (interpersonal and societal) may never be resolved, but they can ALL be better managed. This workshop is an introduction to using creative dramatics strategies (pantomime, tableau, and improvisation) to identify positive leadership qualities. Participants will learn how to facilitate drama in education sessions focusing on Self Concept and Group Dynamics. Teachers will experience techniques and strategies that will help students develop speaking, listening and presentation skills through creative expression. Participants will leave prepared to implement these activities with their students right away.
