Anatomy of A Joy Journal Post

The Joy Journal is a vibrant platform where KID smART shares valuable insights, stories, and transformative experiences related to Arts Integration, inspiring and educating educators, parents, and philanthropists about the power of arts in education. You are required to submit one blog post each semester. Instructions for submission are located on the TA HQ.

Tips for Writing:

  • Put yourself in the shoes of someone seeking information on Arts Integration

    • What things have you Googled when looking for teaching materials/information?

  • Provide practical tips, real-life examples, and research-backed insights

    • Establish your credibility and experience in the field

    • Support your claims with relevant data, research, and/or credible sources

  • Emphasize clarity, usefulness, and a reader-centric approach

    • Avoid jargon or complex language

Content Ideas: Use these content ideas as a jumping-off point. Remember, your headline should be attention-grabbing and give readers a glimpse of the insights they can expect to find within each piece.

  • Academic Subject & Art Form

  • Your Name

  • Upload photos and/or videos TO YOUR FOLDER. Name files to describe what’s happening i.e. “child-drawing.jpg” not “IMG248u24.jpg”
