Gabrielle “Gabby” Tolliver

Center Programs Manager

I am a youth development and program strategy leader, youth-centered program manager, and multidisciplinary artist with nearly a decade of experience designing, expanding, and scaling large-scale youth programs, public art initiatives, and cross-sector partnerships. My work centers on building empowering, culturally affirming pathways for young people through the arts, managing partnerships, overseeing budgets, and creating creative learning environments where youth can develop their voices, leadership, and sense of belonging while leading community transformation.

My background blends artistic practice with strategic program management. As an abstract expressionist painter and muralist, my work centers identity, memory, and community storytelling. This creative lens guides my approach to program design, integrating artistic expression, trauma-informed practices, and hands-on project-based learning to support youth in their personal, academic, and creative growth.

I thrive in roles that center youth empowerment, collaborative leadership, and program innovation. My passion is creating spaces where young people feel seen, supported, and equipped with the tools to shape their futures, artistically, personally, and professionally.
