Marisol Calambas Soscue

Intern

Indigenous Colombian artist with a Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts from the University of Antioquia and specialized studies in Art in Learning Processes. She led artistic and cultural initiatives in Medellín, Colombia, primarily with Indigenous communities, and views art as a tool for mediating peace. Marisol is a recipient of the Fulbright Scholarship for Indigenous Communities, 2024 cohort, and will pursue a Master’s Degree in Arts Administration at the University of New Orleans.
