AXIS Schedule

Heart work takes time, intention, and care.

Our mission drives the work. We will be purposeful in showing up and dedicating sufficient time for high-quality outcomes. Success is wonderful, but intelligent failure is also a part of the process.

Our relationships to ourselves and each other impact the work.

People move the work forward. In order to work together we must have open and productive communication. We will spend time getting to know each other, building community, and repairing relationships when there is a fracture.

Together we know a lot.

We all have important identities, lived experiences, knowledge, and expertise to bring to the space. We will be intentional about sharing what we know, and listening to the experiences and expertise of others.
